Portsmouth are currently 8th with 41 points and with a 12 rounds to go they have all the chances to snatch a spot in european cup for the next season. However they have some sort of problem when playing at home (just like Liverpool) as they have drawn just too many home games. Sunderland on the other hand will be probably fighting against relegation till the end of the season, however they have 4 points advantage over Reading and Birmingham. They play very well at home, but they are the worst away team. They managed to gather only 2 points on the road in the whole season (13 games) and I don`t see them getting away with one tommorow. Sunderland already beat Pompey about 5 weeks ago, but at that point Pompey were depleted through injuries and players who were away at ANC. In that time coach Redknapp brought Jermaine Defoe and Lassana Diarra, while players who were at ANC at that time have all returned and the good results came right away.They won a cup game against Preston (0:1), won a league game over Bolton (0:1) and took a point against Chelsea (1:1). I expect Pompey to grab another 3 points on a Saturday afternoon in a game where we should see some goals! 3-1 is my call here! Good luck!
