Ok so it's Oilers Vs Dallas Stars tonight! I just love to bet Vs Oilers... Apologies but this will be a very short preview...
Dallas are coming off a defeat against Calgary, second loss in the last 11 games. A bit unlucky I would say, conceeded with 2:27 to play, Iginla wasthe man who broke Dallas' hearts. Of course I rate Calgary as much better team offensively and deffensively by a mile (some might disagree) compared to Oilers. I really love when teams come of a loss, they are much more motivated to get a
positive result in the next outing. Dallas are looking for their 6th straight win against Oilers. Turco hasn't
dropped consecutive starts since Jan. 12-15. Following those losses, Turco is 9-3-0 with a 1.92 goals-against
average and one shutout - pretty impressive! Then again I reckon Turco is a star. I mean come on be serious, Dallas
roster includes guys like: Mike Ribeiro (leading goalscorer), Mike Modano, Sergei Zubov, Brenden Morrow, Stephane Robidas, Jere Lehtinen, Steve Ott and others, enough to put out ALL STAR team! I think these guys should easily deal with oilers threat tonight. With Horcoff and Souray out Oilers are just an average team for me. Sam Gagner, Dustin Penner, Joni Pitkanen,Kyle Brodziak are not exactly top class players for my liking.
Dallas have lost 2 in the last five and 1 in the last 3 at home.

Oilers gave a good acocunt of themselves in the last game against Nasville and even had the lead in the second period 4-3. Only to loose 5-4 in regular time. I know Oilers can score and even have the lead in the games but they can't just hold on to it. Roloson is 0-2-2 with a 3.51 GAA in his last five starts versus the Stars. Roloson is 0-2-2 with a 3.51 GAA in his last five starts versus the Stars. Mathieu Garon has fared worse against Dallas recently, going 0-3-1 with a 3.35 GAA in his last four games, including three starts. Gagner been kept quiet recently and that's not gonna change tonight.
Oilers have lost three of last five.

Edmonton away from home are just not performing well, of course they are a different opponent at home! I just don't
see this going into overtime. Dallas are too foccused on securing another Pacific Division title and this is a must
win game to keep their hopes alive. Dallas have a four-point lead over Anaheim, who play St. Louis later tonight
(I expect Anaheim to win). Dallas has won the Pacific in three of the last five seasons. With Ducks most likely to win, I'm confident Dallas will dispose of Oilers! Bet on Dallas with high stake to win in regular time i.e. 60 min. Good luck!
