Something curious about Bolton's UEFA cup campaign this season. Megson appeared to not be interested in progressing and was fielding half-reserve sides and they still went through. Now that they're pulling clear of relegation i wonder if they're taking it more seriously. I think they're capable of grinding out a result here and they are the type of team that can nick a goal at anytime. think there are safer bets going on tonight - but not at those odds. | |

In their last 7 games which includes the previous tie against Bolton, Atletico Madrid have only won 1 game in those 7. To make matter worse they havent won any of their last 3 games and one of those was against lowly Murcia.
Atletic have the following injuries Sabrosa, Franco, Motta, Seitaridis, Valera whilst García Escudero and Argentine sensation Agüero are suspended.

I'm not doubting Atletico but Bolton have to be strong favourites to pick something from this game and they have the experience in Campo and the physical presence all thorughout the side to unsettle Madrid and of course their fans who are already reeling after dreadful recent performances.
