TANASUGARN - RODIONOVA

My first pick for tomorrow ladies matches. This one seems to be the most probably and after analysis I chose quite high stake for this match. But be careful, remember it's the first round and you never know. We are in Thailand tour Pattaya where Tamarine Tanasugarn will match at home Russian Rodionova. Rodionova is little higher in ranking than Tamarine but current form is looking quite better on Tamarine side. The h2h is 1:0 for Tamarine, she beat Rodionova in Volvo's Open here in Thailand 2:0 but it was long time ago and both ladies are different players. But it don't change a fact that Tanasugarn already know how to beat Russian girl. As I see on last performance of Anastasia I can't say she is in bad row but also results don't convince me too much. Pain victory over not famous Bachman and easy loss to Srebotnik in Australian Open. And when we look farer into her result we can see that many times she lost matches that she should have win. If we compare her with Tamarine, that present more stabilized form and in last results hard battle with Bammer in Australian Open, and earlier with Zhang and easy win with Dokic, I think that she will quickly at her home destroy Russian lady that is losing concentration very fast if she isn't able to catch her game rhythm. Tamarine looks more 'professional' to me and she is playing at home, where she liked to play. Rodionova as I remember in tour in Asia mostly was losing against equal and better opponents.
