Well again i will lay some "chalk" here and i have to bet on the Toon here. Now i admit that perhaps Newcastle's recent form doesn't deserve to be bet on, but i just don't rate this Middlesbrough side enough to not take this bet.

Newcastle failed to add to their squad in January, but they do have some very good players already, despite the poor start that 'King Kev' has made. I mean, there is no shame in losing to the Gunners in the last two games and despite their 0-0 draw with Bolton aswell, i do feel that they have enough qualitys to break down this Middlesbrough side and im damn sure that Keegan will have his side up for this local derby.

I touched on Boro's defence perhaps not being all tht strong. This week they had lost Woodgate to Spurs and despite him not really playing everygame just lately, he was their best defender. Admitidly, their recent performances have been decent and it's tricky to really lay chalk against them, but i just don't rate them and im damn sure that this Newcastle side will sooner or later start to show us some signs of improvement.

I was going to take this with lower stake, but as the handicap has moved into our favour, i'll lay a few more units on this one.
