The players has met once last year. Jankovic was better in straight sets but for Razzano the end of the year was foing up when Jankovic wasn’t used to her amount of matches and had some fitness problems during the rest of the season. After two singlematches Jankovic is again complaining how tired she is. Watching her two games results are telling she isn’t playing on her own level. Of course Venus Williams had much troubles at Wimbledon at her early rounds games last year but she got her game right and won it eventually what might be possibility here too but for me Jankovic seems being at weak moment right now and had problems with her shoulder in her last game to sound her problems even bigger.

At AO the tiredness might become as a factor during second week but if Jankovic is allready tired it should be seen that she played a doublesgame yesterday. Threesetter which she’s side won but now she has less that 24 hours to recover her body before starting a new match. Razzano gives nothing for free and seems to be playing on the level she ended last year. Razzano is now one of the topladies with her hard hits it’ll be difficult for Jankovic the further the game goes.
