I'll keep this short because of lack of time. Storhamar is in great form with 11 wins from last 13 games. Only once they had to play OT. In that streak they didn't had only easy games, but they also won Valerenga twice, Frisk, Sparta, Comet... Great streak of results and high form there.

Stjernen is in huge crisis. Somewhat because of form and quality they have, some because of missings that affect their thin roster. From last 11 games they managed only one win, against last Trondheim that played one of the worst games this season, Stjernen lost all other 10 games in regular time. Away they are disaster with W1-D2-L12 27:70, losing last five away games with goal difference 7:28. Average it is 1,4:5,6 which is really big difference and this "high" handicap is no surprise.

Storhamar has better quality, they are in form, while Stjernen is in completely opposite situation. They have nothing to play for, while Storhamar needs every point, Storhamar in last four seasons against Stjernen has W12-D1-L2, and this season:
