Well, i have decided to take this play after all. I was thinking about this one last night, but then kind of had some second thoughts about it when i saw how low the odds were on such a handicap.

Firstly, i don't see Wigan scoring a goal here tonight. Liverpool's issues have not been in defence this season, but at the other end where they have failed to score enough goals. Torres has perhaps not been his best away fom Anfield, as he showed at Man City on Sunda evening, but at Anfield, he is at his best and im petty sure that he will get chances against this Wigan defence on Wednsday night.

Bruce knows that it's not games like these which are going to keep Wigan in the Premiership, but likely to be the games that they play against the teams around them. Defensivly, im not to sure on their centre back, Bramble is not convincing and is always liable to make mistakes and i really do just trust this Liverpool side to create the chances despite sometimes their slow build up in games. But against sides like Wigan at home, i don't see them letting us down. Liverpool should win the battles in all areas of the pitch here tonight and im convinced that they will defiently win this game and in all honesty, more than likely by more than the single goal,
