I still believe that Middlesbrough are one of the worst side's in this league and in fact im sure that at the end of the season the table might also reflect this as they could well end in the bottom three for me.

Im aware that Pompey have hardly been hitting the back of teh net all to often of late but im sure this is going to change on Saturday as they are going to be up against a Boro defence who certainly know how to shift a few goals to say the least and if Pompey finish some of the chances that they will create, then were in business as im sure they will create alot of decent oppurtunitys.

One very key factor here for me is going to be the midfield battle. I just can't see Boro' getting a look in here. With whats likely to be 2-3 from Utaka, Diop, Mendes, Hughes, Muntari or Kranjcar there is alot of power and physical strength in there aswell as the obvious quality but with Boro without key midfield player Boateng and more than likely O'Neil aswell, they will struggle to win this battle for me. Another huge reason to take this bet is that Boro' just don't have goals in them. When you look at their attackers, i just don't see goals in them and this has been evident lately aswell.

I think Pompey will win this game with some ease and thus i'll take the bet on them,
