In the beggining, I really admire surprisingly posivite results of Atalanta this season and increasingly improving performance of Palermo, especially in defence, where they are just terrible. They started fulfiling their duties so I expect them to gain a lot nice results. Hopefully, I believe they can finally do it away from their stadium as well.

Atalanta´s best scorer Cristian Doni is suspended for this match. Doni, with 7 goals this season, is one of the most important players in the team. Moreover, Coach Del Neri cannot count on strikers Zlatan Muslimovic and Riccardo Zampagna. Those are bad news for Atalanta´s offensive part, which should be the main tool to overcome Palermo.

Palermo has several absences as well, but they have enough quality substitutees. These players are not available for the clash: suspended Fabio Simplicio and injured trio Mark Bresciano, Cristian Zaccardo and Marco Pisano.
