Manchester City play hosts to Bolton where they're seeking their ninth consecutive home win in the EPL this year.

It's clearly evident that Eriksson has made a difference to Man City after taking the charge in the beginning of the season. Thanks to an impressive home form, Man City currently resides in the sixth place only seven points behind Arsenal. They have scored 13 goals and only conceded 3 in their home games so far.

On the other hand, since Megson took the charge, he has made a huge improvement to Bolton as well. Despite starting the season with 7 losses in their first 10 matches, Bolton, under Megson, have only lost once in their last six encounters. However, Bolton have yet to win an away game this season and have only two draws to their name.

Regarding teams news, Elano is expected to return back to the squad after recovering from his hamstring injury which will definitely add depth to midfield. Hamann is also back from suspension. Finally, Ireland will miss this match and the next two as well after being red carded in the match against Tottenham. On the other hand, Bolton has no injury or suspension worries and thus Megson is likely to name an unchanged side from the one which beat Wigan last weekend.

Verdict: The City of Manchester Stadium is a fortress at the moment. I do not expect Bolton to be the first team to grab anything from there.
