Premiership - Tottenham vs Manchester City Football betting preview

Admitidly it's always a difficult job betting on Tottenham as they usually do go and dissapoint people, well they have on many occasions this season anyways...But surely these trends will stop sooner or later and we might well get a winner from them and why not make that today.

There is just the one problem with this Spurs side, they just can't defend to save their lifes. They are up there with the best in this league in terms of attacking abilitys, but, for whatever reason, their defence just lets them down and from their point if view, as soon as Ledley King returns the better it is for them or if not im sure that in the January Transfer window, Mr Ramos will be very busy. Like i said, going forward there are no troubles for this Spurs side and why would there be with all of that attcking quality that they have available to them. The only negative side is that there is no Keane for this game but im sure either Bent or Defoe can come in and do the business for Spurs along side Berbatov. Also a nice pus for Spurs is the return of Jermain Jenas as he is pretty important part of their midfield and his inclusion will enable Malbraque to perhaps move back out wide.

City have had a fantastic start to the season and im sure that no one was expecting this despite all thetransfer activity that was there at the start of the season. But this start to the season has nothing to do with how they have been performing on the road this season as thats been far from impressive. Their results have come at the City of Manchester Stadium and i dont see them winning this game here today either against a good footballing and attacking side like Spurs.
