Hehe thx for the support. I was thinking it a a definite trap at first and I checked when the CHL fixtures are. I am rather good at selecting early the AH. Read my previous article Reading v Arsenal in November 2007. Over there Arsenal was offered -1 with Reading a week ahead and then it switched to -1 & -1.5 To be honest I am expecting a similar think to happen over here with Arsenal changed eventually (if my thoughts prove true) to -1 AH. Fingers crossed they will. I will keep you updated for any news..

Sorry it was the Spurs v Wigan (November 2007-same article) the one that eventually changed the AH. Nevertheless I 'm still fond of the bet and I am searching who will be the referee so you will have an even better picture for this one..

İf this is the case, why do you think the odd is 1.91. I also believe this is a 10/10 stake but high odd confuses me.

Well 'soccercenter' odds at 10bet dropped to 1.86 and at this very moment Pinnacle had shut down the AH line. I hope they change it to -1 line. It is looking good until now and tomorrow I will be able to give you more feedback.

If they change this to +1 for Newcastle then we have ourselfs a GREAT bet and i mean GREAT!! no way should this be +1 despite the difference in form of these two sides. Newcastle did ok at the weekend and Arsenal are still missing Fabregas...

Unfortunately this time I don't think we are gonna celebrate an AH change..Although odds dropped on 1.855 at 10Bet, Pinnacle is still holding firmly the line at 1.9. A bit disappointed but I think that if I had a bit more time(e.g. weekend) then we should definitely see a change to -1. Nevertheless I still believe this can go only one way..

Guys I'm HUGELY DISAPPOINTED.. :( Sorry to those who trusted me..Well done to those who took Toon..

Newcastle were all over the place v Blackburn and they never convinced the Toon Army that they are worth to wear the shirt. Sam payed a lot of money to bring players in however at the moment he is not welcome at St. James park. He is not even respected by bad boys Smith & Burton and the notorious Nicky Butt who whistles in the air as he could not care less. I noticed last week when they lost 0-3 to Liverpool, fans were swearing at Arlldyce to go home.
The main drawback for the Magpies is that they concede too EASILY. You cannot look forward to your future if you insist accepting goals in your last 11 matches!! They even lost 1-0 to rock bottom Derby!
Arsenal won 2-0 at the Emirates when these sides met for the Carling cup. I reckon it is going to be one of the same or maybe it can get even worse. Actually Arsenal are able to score possibly 3 times with that woeful Newcastle defensive line up. Last but not least I believe you must stake your 10/10 not only in terms of match news and team abilities but also when odds value is on offer. That is why sometimes you see me stake 4,5,6 /10 although I am really fond of the result.
Another wrong set handicap imo and we may see the companies changing it until Wensday to -1 that will be more appropriate. Bookies really tripped themselves over with this one, no-one is going to 'bite' on the home +3/4 as long as he is loosing his bet with 0-1, 1-2!! It is so obvious for God's sake!! Moreover before a couple of weeks Pool at St. James was offered in the region of -1 AH and now you want me to refuse Arsenal on -3/4? Thank you in advance for your generosity.
Good luck to those who follow this one with real money and of course to those who disagree but please don't stake too much. Gunners it is for me guys!
** Hleb is likely to miss this one for Arsenal as he picked up an injury in the game v Villa. Harper and Given gave an answer to the criticism made towards Sam backing their boss up.
*** The referee of this promising fixture will be Mike Dean. Mike has the best current ranking in the FA referee tables with an average of 5.4, while Rob Styles follows with a 4.3 at second position. Dean has handed 4 RED cards in 10 matches, however he has not played Arsenal before, only Newcastle at the start of August away to Boro (2-2). The referee is strict and his record shows that he will punish violent contact, as he won't be hesitant to show a straight RED in a possible second bookable offense. That's good news for the Gunners I guess, as Wenger has asked repeatedly this season for 'protection' from the strong physical and often dangerous gameplay.
P.S for my friend Jumbo who likes poker!!
This is like having AA (Arsenal) m8 and the -3/4 offered by the bookies is like there is another ace in the first flop ;) All in please!
