Despite Liverpool perhaps not being the most reliable of sides last time out they got the job done against Fulham winning 2-0 in the end mainl thanks to Torres coming off of the bench to save the day. Key thing is here for me that he will be in the starting line-up for Liverpool on saturday. He's pretty important part of this Liverpool side and seems to provide them with some form of inspiration. But he's not the sole reason that i like this underachieving Liverpool side to win at ST James park on saturday.

All over the pitch im seeing Newcastle being alot weaker than this Liverpool side. Defensivly, Carragher And Hyypia should be able to deal with Viduka and Martins. Admitidly, Martins doeshave alot of pace, but im sure that Liverpool will defend deel as usuall and with numbers as they usually do and should be able to deal with this. I think the key to this game could be if Liverpool play with some width as i think this is where they could get alot of joy especially when they will be coming up against Enrique who has not been convincing thus far for Newcastle and probably Geremi im guessing at right-back such is their injury situation for this game. If the wide men can get the ball into the area for whats likely to be Crouch and Torres then Liverpool could be in business here and thats certainly the way i see this game going.
