Luton have been deducted 10 points for the transfer and agents scandal that came up. I really struggled to find odds for the both teams to score bet. I could only find it in Expekt to be honest. Although the last League 1 encounter for the home boys ended in a dull 0-0 draw with Carlisle I have to say that they are doing alright at front but the defense this year is really a mess. I was expecting something better after dropping from the Championship last year.

So Luton are rock bottom at the moment and they have to fight for..their relegation ? Southend are attacking minded and are looking good at the moment having scored on 7/8 at their last fixtures. I am quite confident this could turn into a goal festival.

Furlong is the only good news for Luton and I reckon he may get a consolation goal against stronger Southend. Unfortunately talented midfielder Morgan cannot play as Luton have loaned him from the visitors. I expect Luton to fight as this is a home game but certainly Southend has the quality to come with something more of this game.
