The Lakers played most impressively in their last game against the Bulls. The Lakers had 6 players in double figures , they out rebounded Chicago 51- 38 , and managed to stay out of foul trouble. Despite Kobe Bryant scoring below his average going 6- 16 shooting , he did manage 5 rebounds , 3 steals , and 3 assists. I often notice that Bryant plays below average one night and gives his other players the spotlight then in his next game has an amazing night. I predict him putting up 30-40 points against the Pacers tonight. The Lakers as a team are playing some very impressive offense. They are currently ranked 1st in the league for total rebounds , they are ranked 6th in average points scored (104 per game ) and are also putting up a good shooting percentage of %46.8 (ranked 7th).

The Lakers are suffering from 2 injuries (brown , Turiaf) these are not key injuries though .

Although the Pacers are coming off a big win against the Jazz , this is a team without a strong defense. Theres not much more i can say about this team .... only that when you mix in the Lakers strong offense with the Pacers weak defense , you have to like the Lakers chances in this one.
