Yes, Toronto is starting to show what there team is capable of doing.They are 5-4-3, winning last two on the road - playing solid hockey.They improved defensively,especially thanks to improved performance by otherwise solid Toskala that gave up just 3 goals in the last two games.Sundin has been the man for Leafs yet another season, providing 12 assists, collecting 18 points in 12 games.Good things are coming from Antropov,leading Leafs with 8 goals.Momentum is good, morale solid and the overall performance positive.

Caps are 4-6-0, nothing surprising.They lost their last two games by one goal margin, despite playing well.Ovechkin sterted to deliver,leading Caps with 6 goals and 13 points.However, one man cant do all of the job, and there is very little support coming from other players. Today they will play without their another top scorer Semin (38 goals last season) and most probably without captain Clark.

Capitals are not a team that can replace such losses easily and will miss these players badly.

Toronto is red hot right now and they know they can beat Caps.Even though that their history doesnt provide any concrete outcome (Leafs winninglast game 7:1 in Washington, and losing 2:3 at home before) it is the current standing of the teams.

IMO, Leafs are going to take advantage of their current mini streak and the fact that Caps have some injuries and rather short replacement bench.4:2 seems to be the outcome here.
