Man City is the most pleasant surprise this season so far. No one expected them to shine like they did and Eriksson’s composition of so many new players is great. They are playing pretty good football, creating chances and not letting to the opponent to much space. The creativity of Elano and Petrov is making Man City very dangerous opponent for every team, especially at home where they are having perfect record of 5 wins out of 5 matches.

Birmingham was (is) team that I rate as one of the biggest favorites for relegation, but after the takeover, I believe some changes will happen. Steve Bruce’s job is not secure anymore and he is finding himself under big pressure because the new owner gave that there is option Bruce to leave. I really feel sorry for Birmingham. They failed to win against Man City away since 1998, they are not playing well, their defense is leaking, the attack is not powerful and now they will play under pressure against in-form team.

I expect Man City to take control of the game and I wouldn’t be surprised if they trash their opponent once again in front of their home fans
