Ottawa is really showing what they are made of this season - top defence + goalminder with clinical scoring up front.I have been always saying that Ottawa is not one of the crazy scorinf teams, but they are able to produce very important goals in very important moments.Sens leaders have been very good - Alfredsson,Heatley and Spezza have all being showing their top quality. Solid defence on wings of, Redden Philips and Meszaros makes it easier for attack and lets them focus more time on scoring goals.

Devils on the other hand, are trying to find their true form.

They have a win and a loss from firsdt two games, but they havent impressed me in a sense of winning hockey.Yes,they are a top quality team,but it will take a little bit more time to get proper consistency from Gionta and Elias (big name Gomez is now member of NYR).Devils will build their game on solid pace defence with additional brick wall in goal - Brodeur.

Today, IMO, physical,close game, where both attacks will need maximum aid from their defences.Sens goalie Gerber is showing supreme form...expect nothing less from Brodeaur for Devils.Both teams will wait for their chances, focusing on defence and pehaps Sens will take it by max 2 goal margin.

Low scoring game IMO.
