Manisa is coming from a good result, a 0-2 win away to Gencler at Ankara, where they played very serious, and the result was really fair. Holosko seems to be in great form as he scored again. Although Vestel is no longer the team's sponsor and that is expected Manisa to have difficult times regarding their economical situation, it seems that this problem is not affecting the team perfomance, as they are going really well till now. A new board of directors is expected to be announced next week, that will seek for a new big sponsor like Vestel electronics. The squad morale at Manisa is very good, as before the big win at Ankara they got a good result last week too, drew away to Galatasaray 2-2. Guray Bulak is doing a good job coaching Manisa, but he will miss 3 not so important players today (Ufuk Ceilan -2nd keeper-, Okhan -midfield-, and Aydin Yilmaz -substitute-). Lukas Zelenka maybe will be ready to play, while main midfielder Seltzuk Ynan is back to main eleven.

Trabzon is not to their best. They are coming from a draw at home 0-0 against Ankaragucu, in a bad game where Trabzon had serious attacking problems. This was the second consecutive bad result for Trabzon, as last week they drew against Bursa 1-1. The good morale that existed at beggining seems to be turning around, and there is allready some criticism for Trabzon coach. Also there is more bad news, as the Turkish Federation announced the decision for the match against Sivas where there was fans invasion and suspension, although Trabzon was leading 1-0, and the decision was that the game is a 3-0 win for Sivas in papers. Musa Buyuk is still out for Trabzon from last season, while defender Jora is not ready.

Manisa should take points here. Trabzon is not the good old Trabzon, while Manisa is playing their classic attacking style 'all or nothing'.
