After the Euro qualif. matches, we are now back in action with the regular soccer matches. The first match which caught my eye for this weekend is the Liga I match in which Gloria Buzau are to host Unirea Urziceni.When i first saw the odds the bookmakers offer for a U. Urziceni win i was very surprised.I expected a max odd of 1.60, and when i saw 1.90 i couldn't believe my eyes.

The truth is that the bookmakers did, in some extent, calculate the odds right, but they didn't take in consideration all the facts.If you look at the results that Gloria has had so far this season, you'll clearly see they are not fit for Liga I ( despite the fact that at the beginning of the season i believed they would perform much better).The results they have also indicate that they play a little bit better at home, where they even have a win.This is one reason for the offered odds.But the main reason is that Unirea Urziceni is on the road.And so far Unirea has a 1-1-1 record on the road.But all 3 matches on the road were against teams that perform very well at home, even with the top teams.So, in fact this is the first away match for Unirea that is against a more facile team. I have to say that the statistics don't really show what the two teams really play on the field.

Unirea is in my opinion the strong team, with some very talented players.As if that wasn't enough they also have Dan Petrescu as couch.One of the best couches in Liga I, if you ask me.He has always managed to create something out of nothing at all the teams he couched. On the other side Gloria has got some problems with the defense department.And when i think that Gloria's defense has to keep up with Stancu and Danalache, Unirea's strikers ( top goal scorers in Liga I with 4 goals each) i can only see one possible results for this one.

Many argue that Gloria has played well in the last home match against CFR a team that is in the battle for the title.But i have to say that even taking in consideration this fact i see Unirea as the favorites in this match and with such odds i simply can't miss out on this one.
