Short preview. Rennes has begun to recover from their poor start into the new season… and now, I believe they are much more stabile. They will have several absentees in this match… namely Moreira, Danze, Thomert, Mensah and Catherine… and most of them will affect their offense. However, players like Wiltord, Pagis and co have sufficient capability to cover for the missing players… but in their defense, Rennes has not been too bad at all. Meanwhile, Lille will have several absentees too with Obraniak, Rami, Debuchy and Tafforeau all missing this match… and most of the will have an impact on their defense. This will not be good for them especially when they will be playing an away match at a place where they have not collected points regularly. Now, Rennes is picking form… while Lille is still not the previous season’s Lille. Rennes’ offense may be weakened… but with home advantage and Lille’s weakened defense, Rennes will have some probable chances to extend their winning streak.
