Short preview. Reading has had a poor start into the season… but I would say they can blame it on the schedule. MU, Chelsea, Everton and a desperate Bolton… things can never be tougher for them. However, the Madjeski Stadium remains a strong hold for them. Reading has defeated Everton there… and has even gave Chelsea a scare… and though there will be missing players here and there, Reading will wanna bounce back from their 3-0 away defeat against Bolton last week when they host West Ham. West Ham will be visiting with vengeance on their minds... as they were thrashed 6-0 by the hosts last season. Though their form did pick up in their recent matches… and Ashton is back… missing Dyer, Ljungberg and Parker will not help… and their H2H record at the Madjeski Stadium really sux. Now, both Reading and West Ham have got some good results in their midweek Carling Cup matches… in EPL, Reading’s performances are relatively better. I don’t think it will be as easy for Reading to score like last season corresponding match… but to snatch a good home win over the Hammers (based on their good H2H record) is never impossible. Therefore, Reading at level AH will be my choice. Good Luck!~!
