Six years go that Monterrey haven't won to Pumas UNAM in Tecnologico, and in last three has been unable to convert goals.

For this match the forwards abscences diminish their offensive which wasn't being powerful. The middlefiel players Erviti, Lis Pérez and Jesús Arellano need to make important incorporations to offensive to contribute in that area.

Last match Pumas UNAM have to came back from an early own goal in the start of the match to six minutes later score the equalizer in a match that seems to be fit for a great encounter but that became more a tactical confrontation where defending took precedence over attacking and the match end draw. Pumas UNAM on away tends to be defense and works on counterattacks, the long streak appeas to doesn't matter to the players as this is new tournament, but the media will continue to press them with that, but I don't see them changing their system.
