I will start by saying that Steaua has invested a lot of money during this summer and want some results in the Ch. League this season.Last season they made it to the Ch. League group stage and they were happy with that even if they didn't have great results(they finished on 3rd in a group with Lyon, Real Madrid).Now they want to make it to the group stage and also advance.But their first step is with Zaglebie.Most people can't even imagine Steaua not progressing to the next qualifying round; and i agree with them. Steaua is the better team which has got more European cup experience.From what Zaglebie showed in the pre-season matches, Steaua should have an easy task, but pre-season matches aren't the same thing as official ones.Plus Zaglebie's power stands in the fact that they have a compact team with very well adjusted game relations, a thing that Steaua didn't show in the first Liga I match.This is due mostly to the fact that many new players have to integrate. But as i said Steaua made a bad impression in the first match from Liga I and that should wake them up.Also the match was played without fans which isn't the same thing as normal matches. I think that after the first Liga I match we will see a much more determined Steaua that will give 110% against Zaglebie and try to obtaine a win which would made things very clear concerning the progression for the next qualifying round.Many people talk about how Steaua will adjust to the weather in Poland as there was some real hot weather in Romania in the last weeks and now when the Steaua players travel to Poland they will have some problems adjusting to the much colder weather; but my opinion is that this can only be an advantage to the Romanian team as they are able to escape the hot weather and play some quality soccer. I could write more things about this match but it they are not so relevant and the pick would still be the same. The odds for a Steaua win a simply great and represent value and for this match my money is on a Steaua win.
