Altought the national team callup drained their best quality here with GK Brad Guzan and MF Jonathan Bornstein, I expect that this season substitute GK Preston Burpo to show their qualities which had him as the stating GK last season, until GK Guzan took his place. So I don't sense the team to be diminish on that aspect.

Colorado Rapids

The team stands right now on the third position of the western standing and is just one point behind from Houston and one point ahead of Chivas USA. But with two more matches played than Chivas USA, the team has been irregular whenever on away or in home, despite having take victories in both instances, the truth is the team on away haven't find their way after a nice start, now carries two consecutive on the road defeats.

The team suffers a lot when Pablo Mastroeni isn't leading the defense, it is one of the worst on the wester standing, and with out Mastroeni it will suffer more. Their offensive is what saves the team to some extend as has been able to score in every one of their matches, despiste the lack of defensive is what drags them to irregularity.
