Semifinals have began in Gerry Weber Open, and today we have a match between Kohlschreiber and Baghdatis, in which is very hard to predict a winner in my opinion. Both are playing very good at this tournament, and I expect an very even match. Kohlschreiber has beaten Blake in the previous round in straight sets, a few expected that, but as I sais before he is strong in home venue. In his 3 matches played so far, he didn't lose a set and he will be very dangerous for Baghdatis today. Baghadatis on other hand, is playing great on grass, he has a record of 20 wins and 9 losses, but in last 13 matches he is 11-2, which shows that he can play really good tennis on this surface. He was the last year's semifinalist of Wimbledon (lost to Nadal) and s-Hertogenbosch (lost to Ancic), and as I see it he will make another good result in this tournament. These players met 4 times, the score is even at 2-2, and one match played on grass Baghdatis won when Kohli retired. Kohli won the last two matches played on clay. In all four games payed between these two, all matches ended in straight sets, but I think this "tradition" will end today. I think Baghdatis is closer to a win, but I expect an even match, because Kohli will have the home support and I'm positive will at least one set.
