First of all, it's not Venus but Serena, but she wasn't in the list.

Most interesting match in my opinion in quarterfinals in French open in women's tennis, where Henin and Serena Williams are facing eachother. Henin is favorite in this one, she is playing very good at the moment, she is 11-1 on clay this year, she was beaten only by Kuznetsova in Berlin (1/2). In this tournament she is constant, she didn't lose a set, but today she is facing a player that is on higher level, althoug I have a feeling that she hasn't wasted much energy and she will be fully prepared for todays match.

Serena has problem in the first round, when she lost the first set against Pironkova, but now she is playing better she is rising her form; she didn't play a lot of matches on clay - she has a record 6-2 (beaten by Patty Schnyder and she retired again against Yung-Jan Chan)and that could be the key factor for Henin's win, because she has been really outstanding on clay.

In h2h Serena leads 6-3, but on clay surface Henin leads 3-1 and I'm positive she could beat her today againd on clay and get closer in h2h balance.
