French Open continues and today on schedule the fourth round and a match between Safarova and Chakvetadze. Both playres are very young and talented, but I think at the moment Safarova is in better form. Safarova reached the 4th round by beating Mauresmo in the 3rd round, where she was playing very good and won in 2 sets, which is great result if we consider that Mauresmo is playing at home and that she is a great player. This year she is cery good on clay, she played 11 matches on clay and lost only 2 of them; one against Azarenka in Estoril and another against Safina in Berlin. On other hand, Chakvetadze is also a great player and she has has advanced to the 4th roung without any major effort, but she played against players like Molik, Szavay, Sugiyama, which aren't on the same level as Safarova. She also has good record on clay this year, she is 8-3, she lost against Jankovic, Hantuchova and against Safarova. Today they are playing again and if Safarova won her then, I don't see why today should be any different, especially now when Safarova gain a lot of confidence beating Mauresmo, and maybe she can go all the way...
