Well I've had a pretty poor month tipping on here (mostly on the football) but sometimes thats the way it goes, you gotta try and not let it put you off though and keep going with your instincts when you see a decent looking punt...

Harlequins travel up to Bradford today where the weather is grim to say the least, rain rain and more rain. This usually leads to more handling errors and ultimately closer matches. There is also a reserves games being played on the same pitch 3 hours before the SuperLeague showpiece kicks off at 3pm. As well as a junior academy game played on the same pitch last night. That pitch could be in a terrible state by 3pm today...

Bradford have a good home record, but tend to do most of their scoring in the second half, They have had small leads at half time in all their matches at home so far.

Harlequins have a decent away record, leading at half time in 6 of their 8 away matches, including one they went on to win at full time at St Helens in very wet conditions. I know I was there!

They just seem to run out of steam a little in the second half of matches, well they were doing that but I watched them away to Warrington last week and they went for the full 80mins I can tell you. They are without 2 big players for them in Scott Hill and Mark McLinden but I think they played very well last week and could keep the first half tight today against a Bradford team who have not bee at their best in recent weeks...
