Short preview. Toulouse will have a final chance to claim the UEFA Cup berth… especially after they are rewarded three points (instead of one) in their previous draw with Nantes. That will be a boost enough to trigger an all out display from the slumped team. Toulouse are not on a good run… but they will have certain advantages when they host Bordeaux. Bordeaux can still reach the CL qualification berth after this match… they will need remain unbeaten in this match… and hope that Troyes will do them a favor against lens. Aside from contending for the CL spot… they will need to protect their current UEFA Cup berth. However, they will be without Chamakh, Henrique, Jurietti and Faubert… with Dalmat and Darcheville not included in the squad. Not really a wise decision (to exclude Dalmat and Darcheville) imho… but it looks like Toulouse will be appreciating this choice as their defense will have lesser to worry about. Of course this will not be an easy match for Toulouse… but they are looking for a bounce back… and with home advantage plus a good H2H record against Bordeaux, Toulouse will have a pretty good chance to at least remain unbeaten in this match.
