NHL - Anaheim Ducks vs Detroit Red Wings Hockey betting preview

Game 4 in the battle between Anaheim and Detroit. Detroit have a 2-1 leading after taking game 1 at home 2-1, Anaheim taking game 2 in Detroit 4-3 after OT and Detroit humiliating Anaheim 5-0 @ Anaheim in game 3. Tonight they will battle up again, and some interesting things have happened since their last game.

Anaheim All-Star defender Chris Pronger will be out for tonights games. He got a one game suspension after a hammering tackle to Tomas Holmstrøms head in game 3. I see this as a biig loss for Anaheim. Ric Jackman will probably be back to try replace Pronger, but he have been injuried since 22/3 and have only got 31 games this season. Though they still have Niedermeyer and Beauchemin, I think they will have problems with the depth to fall back on.

Also Kunitz will be out for the rest of the season. He didnt play game 2 or 3 either.

For Detroit Kronwall, Schneider and Fisher will still be out, while Holmstrøm, who had to leave game 3 after the Pronger tackle, most likely will play.

Anaheim have been totatly sucking in PP the last 5 games, with 0 goals in 31 chances. On the other side you have Detroit with a 100% PK last 6 games.

Anaheims goalie, Giguere, have also had some problems lately with 85,1% during the 3 games against Detrot.

Hasek on the other hand have a savepercent of 95.0%.

Hasek played incredible last game, with a cleen sheet and stopped 29 shots.

With Anaheims defensive problems, and the lack of PP and goals, I see good value in Detroit here tonight.

But alot can happend in the playoffs, so I will not hit it with 10/10.
