I think the odds are very attractive. Sparta fights on two fronts, trying to gain both Cup an the Titel, as their coach Bilek says. But Sparta's programme is very hectic nowadays. On Monday they played a direct title-contender Liberec. On Wednesday they left for Zlin, which is quite far from Prague. Today they'll play a cup match. I suppose they will leave either after the match or on Friday. On Sunday they play another match in Olomouc, which is approximately as far from Prague as Zlin. So, they have to play 3 matches within 6 days and pass 4 long and tiresome trips (1.200 km in the total).

No doubt which goal is more important for Sparta, despite Bilek says both competitions are important for Sparta. He says Sparta goes to Zlin for a win. On the other hand, what other words would you expect from him? He admits there will be some changes to the squad, but adds Sparta's team is wide and good enough to do even with the changes. I don't think so. There are 11 key players Bilek bases the game on and it is very difficult to replace them. Usually the substitutes lack confidence and/or game practice.

Furthermore, since 2002 Sparta gained in Zlin just 1 point. They haven't won there since 1995.

Zlin is figting to stay in the league. But they need just one point to stay there for sure. Also, they would stay there if Pribram does not win both last matches. Therefore it is very probable they will field the best squad possible, as Zlin's coach Hoftych promises. They can rely on a good support of the home fans, as if there is any city unpopular in Moravia, it is Prague, and if there is any club unpopular in Moravia, it is Sparta.

All in all, I don't expect an easy game, but the chances for Zlin not to lose the game are very good. Especially if you take into account in the cup they defeated Ostrava and in-form Mlada Boleslav...
