Anderlecht has reached the top of the Jupiler Legue last week after beating Standar Liege at the same time when Genk tied and lost two valuable points. Cercle Bruggy last week drew against Beveren away having a lot of starters missing and could have gotten the win after a penalty was not given to them in the last minutes.

For tonights game the president of Cercle Bruggy has announced free tickets for the fans of the team in order to bring people to the stadium. This is an admirable move on their part but I don't know if it will be enough to push their team in gaining any points. Their latest form is not bad having lost only 1 of the last 5 games they played and they have showed a good spirit in collecting points with a lot of missing players. The point of the matter is though, that they are still a team that has no targets in the Championship. They are safe from relegation, they have no chance of european cup exit, so their motivation is not at a very high level.

On the other hand, Anderlecht will want to make a statement tonight that they deserve to stay at the top of the table. Mr. Verkoteren hasn't released the starting eleven but some information suggests that Anderlecht will field a very offensive squad tonight, in search of a clear win and scoring a lot of goals.

It is my opinion that the quality of Anderlecht and their motivation is above that of Cercle Bruggy. I expect a clear win tonight, possibly with a handicap but I will go "safe" for the straight win, if there is such a thing in betting as safe. Good luck and maximum odds on Anderlecht.
