Serie A: Inter vs Catania
Inter is in terrible form for months now. Their last win was on 22nd January and since then, they have one draw and seven losses in all competitions. They found a new in only one game (the game when they drew against Palermo 4:4), while they haven’t scored a single goal in last five matches losing to: Roma, Novara, Bologna, Marseille and Napoli. Last loss against Napoli saw them falling to seventh position at the table and now they have a question mark of even competing in European competitions next season. Home team will be without striker Luc Castaignos, who serves a one-match ban.
Catania is currently on 10th position with only three points less then Inter right now. Being nine points above relegating placed Lecce – their relegation worries are probably over and they can try to focus and surprise everyone by entering the Europa league spots battle. Although it is not a reality for them, their current situation allows them to think about it. Guests are in a fine form now, having won two in a row, Novara and Siena. Having in mind that their opponent is in a terrible form, they are surely coming for a draw here and would be very satisfied with it.
Last time Inter scored was exactly one month ago, having that in mind Catania will surely not play very open minded game, but wait to harm the home side on counter attacks they use so good. Under these circumstances it is hard to see here more then two goals in a game which has draw written all over it.
