Premiership: Norwich vs Manchester City

Norwich took a very important away victory against the Spurs with the score of 1-2. Now there is no need for more points for the canaries till end of the season, but their appearance clearly showed that they do not give up the season. They played a straight game against spurs, and with two nice goals from Pilkingkton and Bennett, making their best performance this season according to their coach. Main stopper Zak Whitbread remains out of action for the third consecutive game, while defender Kyle Naughton returns to the main eleven as he was not allowed to participate against Spurs. Norwich will not enter the pitch with their minds totally out of the battle for the title and will play for theirselves and their fans.
Manchester City has an easy victory in the 4-0 home win against West Brom midweek. Aguero scored two goals, Teves and Silva the next two. A very comfortable victory, by far the best team on the pitch. The victory coupled with the defeat of Manchester United against Wigan (1-0), and brought back hopes to City as the difference reduced to five points again. Roberto Mancini still does not believe to any hopes for the title, and said that United has a more robust character as a team, something that still do not have. Anyway, their hopes are still alive for the title, and it is also important for City to finish the season as best they can. It’s their best season in the last 50 years and they should be proud. Toure remains doubtful, while Balotelli is still suspended, and probably he spents his last days spent in Manchester after the recent incidents.
City will not relax, they have the luxury to play with almost squad now, and in my opinion its better that Balotelli is out, as he brought only problems to them recently. Norwich will play without fear, but City can be too much for them.
