Guingamp vs Le Havre
Guingamp did not managed to take something from the first game of the season where they lost away to strong Dijon with the score of 1-0. They occasionally showed the good abilities they have this season, but it was clearly visible that they lack of official matches. Guingamp has not changed much in comparison with last season, they have the typical knowledge of the league, and they are a roster capable of great consistency.
Meanwhile they sold international striker Anthony Knockaert to Leicester, although larger teams wanted to sign him. Guingamp acted fast and signed great striker Faure (formely Reims) as his replacement, which is surely a good addition to their roster.
Remarkable defender Dorian Leveque, sub defender Gregory Cerdan, useful defensive midfielder Gilbert Imbula and main midfielder Thibault Giresse are all out for tonight’s game for different reasons. They will play with two strikers, Christophe Mandanne and Mustapha Yatabare, while Faure will probably sit on the bench.

Le Havre started the season with an awful way, losing in front of their fans to their new stadium against Arles with the score of 1-2 and disappointed their crowd who exhausted all tickets. Coach Doré Cedric did not wanted a bad start to the season, but already lot of fans did not see him with a good eye and criticism started, while there is a lot of pressure by the media too.
Anyway, nobody liked this defeat and they should be glad that they have no injury problems and that they will field the best possible eleven tonight. Newly signed striker Geofrrey Malfleury is included to tonight’s squad too, who missed the first game, while they have star forward Ryan Mendes and top scorer Yohann Riviere in front line.
Guingamp is hungry for a good result to their first home game of the season, while Le Havre needs to bounce back after the bad result at home. May both teams still have not found their good selves and needs some time to perform better, but both have lot of potential in their attacking lines. Players like Yatabare, Faure and Riviere should allow us to watch an open game.
