Burnley Millwall betting preview

Burnley looking to build on an unbeaten five-match home run, and coming from a good game away to Reading where they lost with the score of 1-0. They had a shot to the bar early to the game, only at seventh minute, but Reading scored with their first chance to the game at eleventh minute. Burnley had some good periods during the game where they pressed Reading a lot, made opportunities to score, and had also another shot to the bar at the second half to a generally open game where the draw should be a fair result. Burnley should be awarded at least with the point, as they played very good, anyway, they have their confidence boosted against Millwall, and a full squad to select from as only Stanislas is missing out due to injury, and they are hoping win and continue their good form and reach the promotion play offs positions. At home they have a record of 6-5-5, with their last defeat back in December. Keith Treacy returns to Burnley starting line-up.

Millwall suffered another defeat, this time away to Middlesborough with the score of 3-1. To the first half they had a pathetic performance and were just too lucky to receive only one goal and to equalize a little before half time. To the second half little things changed, played with some more passion, but the quality difference was obvious and they allowed Middlesborough to score a third one and finish the game. Their away record this season is disastrous, and is the first reason that they are currently three places and six points aboive the drop zone, counting only two wins, four draws and nine defeats. Jimmy Abdou returns to Millwall’s starting line-up, while they are still without main midfielders Therry Racon and Tamika Mkandawire.

Burnley is to a good condition, with top scorers Rodriguez and Austin finding their good selves recently, looking to build on an unbeaten five-match home run. I guess that Millwall is not the opponent who can take something from this game at the moment, with such bad performances recently.
