Uruguay come from the hard defeat against Colombia (4-0), losing the 1st position of the table and falling in 4th position. So, the situation could become complicated… Uruguay Coach Oscar Washington Tabarez will change two players after the last defeat, inserting in the line up striker Luis Suarez and Gaston Ramirez, reinforcing the attack. IMO, Uruguay “must” win this match and also Tabarez knows that they are in a must win situation, overall because the opponent is Ecuador that have 100% lost games when play far from Ecuador.
