Zopp vs Begemann

Interesting as after good runs on clay, qualified and reached the second round in Genova and Como, the German Andre Begemann switched to faster courts in Petange Challenger. He hasn’t the best record on the surface as he loses to powerful hitters who can hit through defense losing to Strode, Berankis, Kamke, Muller or Belyaev. He plays a lot of serve and volleys but struggles against good retrievers and prone to errors from the back of the court. Zopp has more sting on serve and with his deep and powerful shots he will push the German way behind the baseline where he isn’t comfortable, especially on backhand wing where he makes a lot of errors and we back Zopp to take this one convincingly in two sets.
