Pandurii vs Otelul

Pandurii started great the new season, winning 3 out of 3, without any trouble. They are being on top of the league after 4 rounds with 10 points and a 11-3 goal difference. They didn’t meet such a hard oppositions, playing against Universitatea Cluj with their already known problems and against Medias who caused them a lot of problems, even missing a penalty. Then they beated Ceahlaul 3-1, and played a draw against Vaslui. They are playing offensive football, and playing great at home. Pandurii's coach has stated at the beginning of the season that he would like to see his team to play next season in Europa League.

 

Otelul Galati has lost several important players in this summer, left Antal and Salageanu. They lost their good coach, who won the mayor elections in his town, and there are no money at the club. Despite of won over the rookie Iasi, and playing draw against Rapid Bucuresti they are only a mediocre team, which was shown in the third round against Petrolul (1-2), and the fourth against CFR (1-2), where they played more than a half against 10 men. Their play mostly consist on defending, and attacking counterattack.

 

I think Pandurii are in better shape, they are playing the best football in Romania. The home team is motivated, and the players are in good mood. On the other side, Otelul are playing poor, they couln't get points against the 10 men's CFR. I think it wil be a home win.
