Eskisehirspor vs Marseille

Eskisehirspor was one of the most busy team in transfer period in Turkey. Ivesa, Koray Arslan, Serdar Ozbayraktar, Volkan Yaman, Nadarevic and Bulent Ertugrul left the club. These were the players who most of the time could find a place in the squad. And Eskisehirspor brought new players like Boffin, Servet Cetin, Mehmet Guven, Malecki and Nuhiu. Coach Ersun Yanal’s team did not play an awesome football but managed to eliminate St. Johnstone. They defeated Scottish team 2-0 in the first leg and drew at away 1-1.

 

Marseille was quite in transfer period. They did not sign a player expect 23 year old young striker Florin Raspentino who was playing in Nantes. Such players like Djimi Traore and Brandao left the club. They drew in friendly matches with both Sion and Nimes and lost to Benfica. Bad news for Marseille is the injured players Diawara and Remy. Azpilicueta and Alou Diarra are other absents.
