Molde vs Ventspils

Molde is in great form in the last two months, losing only against Rosenborg in their last 13 games in all tournaments (11-1-1). The team is more than impressive in the attack, especially when it came to their home games. In Elitereserien Molde is with seven wins out of seven games at "Aker Stadion" and have score seventeen goals in those games, which is an average of 2.5 goals per game. The team score at least three goals in their last four games in front of their fans and since the start of the season have not scored less than two goals, when playing at home. Their top goalscorer Davy Angan is just terring apart the opposition defense, scoring 13 goals in the 17 games played so far this season. Five players have scored at least three goals for Molde in Eliteserien so far in the campaign, which just shows how many good attacking players Solskjær have in his squad. The former Manchester United striker have really changed the team since he stepped up as a coach and made them champions in his first season in the club, which is quite impressive.

 

Ventspils is not having really good season and they are already seven points behind the leaders Daugava in the league. The team lost exactly against the the leaders in their last away game and the defeat was more than convincing (0:3). Last season Ventspils played in the Europa League and in the third qualifying round lost with the embarassing 0:7 against Red Star Belgrade as visitors. In the past years the team have other really bad results as visitors in Europe - 0:5 against Heerenveen in 2010, 0:4 against Salzburg in 2008, 0:6 against Rosenborg in 2004 and 1:4 against Sttutgart in 2003.
