David Ferrer vs Murray

Well, looks like finaly I saw some realistic odds in man’s draw in this grand slam. Looks like good match for sure but this great odds for Ferrer have value here, IMO. The scotland have great first week, lost only 2 sets in 4 matches. Menaged great come back in the last round against Gasquet, in match were I expected to be defeated. But his pain in back still is making problems in his moving and long really shoots. The most important part of his game in this big events is the mental power and the pressure for a title on grand slams tournaments. He still is not growed up for big success. 18/4 is his score on clay this season, all 4 losses against solid players (Berdych, Gasquet, Raonic, Gulbis). So far, he didn’t menage a win against player who is in top 10. From the other side, the spanish claycourt player is in great shape. After the crazy lost in Monte Carlo from Belluci, Ferrer put the power on and turn arround the things in his favourite part of the season. Have only 3 defeates in clay so far (Belluci, Federer, Nadal) and looks like he is able to loss only from top 3 guys on tour. 4 wins in the FO in straight sets in very confortable way. This is his best record on Franch Open and that’s for sure gives him a lot of motivation and confidance to make even better result here. Hi knows that like eventual next opponent will be one of spanish derby game Nadal – Almagro, which is gain him more mental and phisical power for the game against Murray. The spanian for sure is better player on clay, for sure is in better shape and I’m expecting to get this match.
