Canada vs Slovakia

Canada has opened the World Championships with a match against Slovakia and now the teams face each other again in the quarterfinals. Canada won the first head-to-head meeting and was much better side in that match. The final score was 3-2 and Canada deserved to win and probably by bigger difference. They decided a match in the second period when took a comfortable 3-1 lead. Canada made 30 shots on goal against 22. Canada's offense was improving during the tournament, they played better and better and after the group stage Canada was the best team in offense with 35 goals scored. Slovakia also had some good matches, they even recorded a 4-2 win against USA. In the latest group match they won against France looking good in offense and scored 5 goals so this team is able to find the net againsi Canada also. Their problem for sure should be defense that in the latest match allowed 4 goals against France, that is really weak in offense. So big problems are waiting for them and Canada should score big number of goals and so I choose OVER for this match.
