Newcastle have scored more than 1.5 goals in 4 out of these 5 games.

 

Newcastle's Demba Cisse has produced a fantastic 10 goals in 9 games, and he is much of the reason why Newcastle is doing so well now. Newcastle have also been a strong unit and they have got a strong team all over. The creativity of Hatem Ben Arfa has also been important, Ben Arfa and Cisse has been i deadly duo lately, with Ben Arfa providing the assists.

 

Stoke are just 1-3-2 on their last six games, and have just 4-4-9 away from home this season. They have let in 29 goals away from home and only scored 11 goals.

 

Newcastle have scored over 1.5 goals in 11 of 17 games at home this season. Both teams have not played since 9th of April, but even if both teams are fully rested, I think that Newcastle wil win this. Newcastle's motivation for a Champions League spot, their form at home and players like Ben Arfa and Cisse, should be more than enough in order to score many goals here. Stoke's form is not good, and they are quite weak away from home. My pick will be Newcastle to score over 1.5 goals.
