Crvena zvezda vs Zagreb

Crvena zvezda lost in a final of Serbian cup against Partizan, but the improvement this team showed during the last month (maybe even through whole 2012) is not passing unnoticed. Thomas have brought energy on both parts of the floor and young Milutinovic is becoming a very reliable shooting guard. This team improved on defensive end and they always had the ability to run the floor in a nice way which could be an advantage against Zagreb today. Zvezda has won last three, and 5 out of their last 7 including last three home games (+11 vs Siroki, +6 vs Buducnost, +17 vs Helios).

 

Zagreb is in a lot of problems and maybe it is best to start with absences and departures. PF May left the team and joined Montegranaro in LEGA A .Simon and Morovic are still out with injuries and they have not traveled with a team. Babic and Markota have some problems (Babic with his back, Markota with illness) but they will be in the team. Mulaomerovic is still struggling to find a rhythm after that injury that kept him sidelined for a while, and some players like Ozbolt are clearly unsatisfied with their status in the team (Heytvelt does not look happy also). Coach Androic does not seem to have everything under control in this team and chemistry on the court is absent for most of the time. I feel this is the nice chance for Zvezda to extend their fine streak but I will cut the line and buy a point this time, GL!
