Juventus vs Catania

Juventus is currently on second position in Serie A with only one point less then than Milan, but also with one game less than their rivals. Hosts are in a great form and are not playing in any of European competitions, which means that they are putting all their efforts to win the double in Italy. They are on a good road as they have already entered semi-finals of Italian Cup and won first leg on the road against Milan 2:1, while they will probably have a title race with Milan till the end of the season. However, Juventus failed to win three days ago against Parma as they failed to score goal, although they were much better opponent and the game ended 0:0. Now, Juventus will look to bounce back with a win against weaker opponent in front of their fans. The hosts will be without suspended midfielder Arturo Vidal.

 

Catania, on the other hand, currently occupies 14th position at the table and having two games less then most of the teams (due poor weather and pitch conditions across Italy in last two weeks) they are quite safe and away from the relegation battle. They are doing quite fine at home, having four games without loss, including some very nice wins this season, like those over Genoa 4:0, Palermo 2:0, Napoli and Inter, both 2:1. However, away from home they are totally different team that hardly manages to get any points. It is difficult to see Catania getting any kind of positive result against in form Juventus and they should be happy if they manage to avoid disaster here. Guests will be without goalkeeper they used in recent games Campagnalo who is injured, just like right defender Allesandro Potenza.
