Glasgow Rangers vs Dundee United

Rangers playing at home are as solid as a bet can be right now. Knowing that a win keeps them very much in pole position to win the SPL title ensures that the Gers will be giving this match their all from the first whistle until the last.

With their recent track record of high-scoring (in three of their last four matches they've netted at least four times) I would be keen to have a bet on them to score over three goals but looking at the odds for the home side to score more than once I frankly think it is buying money.

Rangers to score more than 1.5 goals (to score 2+ basically) has odds of 1/3 (1.33333). While these odds are incredibly short, they are not nearly as short as they should be and if I could stake a hundred points on this I would. A full stake bet will ensure a profit of just over 3 pts and this is satisfactory for what is as close to a dead cert as one can get.

Jelavic, Naismith, Lafferty and Steven Davis have all scored at least twice over the last two matches - that is impressive enough fire power to easily score against this United side who the Glasgow team managed to beat 4-0 only a few weeks ago.
