Day 1 vs Race 1

This is a tip for the 2011 Cheltenham festival, well its more of an opinion than a tip as there is so many quality horses running here its hard to pick a winner.

Cue Card is the favourite and a worthy one at that, cruises into races, has winning form at Cheltenham and seems to have a great engine, my one worry would be that she didnt seem to find a lot off the bridle when 2nd in her last race, although she was beaten by a very very good horse, she has winning form lines through other horses involved in the race but i think the price is very skinny so at the odds i would like to take her on with the exciting Spirit son.

First of all its says a lot to me that the jockey has chosen this horse over Sprinter Sacre who he thinks very highly of and couldve ridden instead.

Also i backed her and watched both her races since she came from France and she has won both impressively, she has yet to come off the bridle and trounced previous winner cedre bleu by over 20 lengths in her last race. that was on very heavy ground and some people think the better ground may not suit her but i think she will perform even better on it and get me off to a good start for the rest of the 4 day festival.
